Allison’s personal experience purchasing multiple properties within Manhattan gives her a unique insight into her buyers’ emotional involvement during their search. Her sharp sense of style, aggressive negotiating and financial analytical skills come from years as a buyer and account executive in the fashion industry. After obtaining her real estate license in Spring 2009, Allison had her first two signed sales contracts within her first two weeks and has continued with that success.

Born in California and raised around the world (Australia, Singapore and Russia), Allison’s ability to relate and connect with people from other cultures has only proven to be a great asset. With dreams of living in New York City as a child, Allison moved after graduating Chapman University in California with a degree in Communications in 2003. She currently resides in Manhattan’s Upper West Side.
