Ann Rastl

Ann is a native of the great state of Wisconsin – and a proud alum of the University of Wisconsin in Madison – but she now calls New York both her home and her favorite city in the world. She learned the ins-and-outs of NYC – and put her Communication Arts and Political Science degrees to work – by working in public relations and as a personal assistant to prominent individuals during her first years in the city. As a member of Elegran’s agent team, Ann is happy to have found an exciting new career in which she can combine her passion for New York, the skills she honed in her previous career, and her love for working with people.

Having lived in Murray Hill, Midtown West, near Columbus Circle and Lincoln Center, and now Chelsea, Ann more than knows her way around Manhattan – she also has a sense for each neighborhood’s vibe and signature attractions, and can recommend a good place to eat more or less anywhere in Manhattan. And as someone who recently purchased an apartment in the city, Ann knows from experience the patience, integrity, and knowledge an agent must have when working with a client. She strives to bring those qualities to every deal, and is excited to work with her clients to help them find a place to call their own in New York City.

Ann enjoys scouring the city for new brunch spots, visiting the galleries in Chelsea, fashion, and of course Badger and Green Bay Packer football!
