Jason Thomas

Jason Thomas transitions to Elegran from a management role in private wealth and risk management, thus is no stranger to the art of the deal.

After purchasing an existing insurance firm and spearheading a significant build out of the financial services division, Jason soon realized Client relationship development, not management and product development, was the focus of his true passion and expertise.

Jason envisions a successful salesperson, in real estate or any field for that matter, to be likened to a conductor more so than an agent, able to orchestrate the many parties and moving parts involved in the transaction.

Having attended graduate school in NYC and been a midtown resident for nearly six years, Jason creates a seamless blend of big city pace with Southern good nature, the unique recipe, he feels, necessary to create a sense of congruency between buyer and seller and agents representing both.

Jason holds a B.S. in Chemistry from The University of Virginia and was a Ph.D. Candidate and Adjunct Professor with The City University of New York before his interest in finance and mathematical background spurred a career change.
