Matthew Jupin

Matthew Jupin’s first real estate client told him no other broker in her experience had been as patient and responsive at finding her ideal new home. It was a compliment Matthew took to heart, and one that he has since made his standard for each and every client, whether that person is interested in a sprawling Manhattan condominium or small studio rental.

With a passion for smart buildings that improve everyday lives, Matthew finds great pleasure in introducing clients to Manhattan’s numerous spectacular new residential developments and the unique neighborhoods that make New York the great city it is. Matthew currently resides in Midtown West, and has worked extensively on real estate deals between Chelsea and the Upper West Side. Recently, he has helped find apartments for ambassadors to the U.N.

Matthew received his undergraduate degree from George Mason University studying Economics and Business Management. Prior to moving to New York City, Matthew gained international business experience while working at a global trade association in the nation’s capital, studying international finance in Spain, and working for a financial brokerage in London. In New York, Matthew has found a city that challenges and surprises him, and one where he can pursue the things that matter most to him – his diverse tastes for music, sports, and great food, and his passion for connecting with people from all over the world.
