Melissa Rubenstein

Melissa Rubenstein’s real estate experience dates back to her time as a practicing real estate attorney at one of the top law firms in New York City. As a lawyer, Melissa was involved in the sale and condominium conversion of large apartment buildings, as well as representing buyers, sellers and lenders in a variety of real estate transactions. After several years of practice she brought her experience to Elegran’s clients. Melissa is sharp and client-focused with strong negotiating skills and knowledge of the buying process.

Melissa was born and raised in the New York area and has called New York City home for the past nine years. Melissa has lived near Lincoln Center, in Murray Hill and now resides on the Upper East Side so she is very familiar with the various NYC neighborhoods. She loves New York and all that it has to offer and passes that enthusiasm on to her clients.

In addition to her work at Elegran Melissa is very involved in the women’s networking organization 85 Broads where she is a member of the Arts and Culture Committee. Some of the events that Melissa has helped plan include a gallery tour, speaking events with top interior designers and Manhattan apartment tours.
