Mitchell Simmons

A veteran marketer and public relations executive, Mitchell Simmons has more than 15 years of experience in product public relations and marketing for clients in real estate and development, business-to-business, technology and consumer brands. In addition to being a licensed real estate agent at Elegran, Mitchell is the agency’s public relations manager and manages all of the company's marketing initiatives.

During his decade and a half as a publicist and brand-building strategist at several leading PR firms, Mitchell managed accounts for some of the biggest brands in the world, from Barnes & Noble to Ford Lincoln Mercury to Sony. Mitchell’s career in public relations also brought him into contact with major real estate corporations such as Related Companies, Zabeel Properties, Madison Equities, Sahara Condominiums, and The Firm Las Vegas, and fired his passion for real estate. Simmons’ work with those major real estate developers and his 17 years in New York City have given him both a thorough knowledge of the New York real estate market and an abiding love for the city that the Arkansas native now proudly calls his home.

A resident of Manhattan’s historic Harlem district, Mitchell is Elegran’s resident expert on rental opportunities and new condo developments in upper Manhattan, but he has helped clients find rental apartments and purchase condominiums all over New York City. He prides himself on his dynamism, energy and attention to detail, and strives to ensure his clients are well represented in all aspects of their real estate transactions.
