Tramone Miles

Born and raised in Buffalo, Tramone's varied interests and talents took him around the world before his passion for real estate brought him to Elegran. Tramone honed his communication skills as a professional life coach and motivational speaker, while his career in music – which has enabled him to travel to such countries as Germany, France, Guatemala and Scotland – has helped broaden his perspective on the world. He strives to bring all his experience and empathy to every transaction at Elegran, be it a high-end condo sale or a studio rental, and to "do everything with excellence."

Currently a student at New York University, where he is studying Real Estate Finance, Tramone aspires to educate the next generation of real estate professionals and change the world. For the moment, he keeps himself busy helping clients find their Manhattan dream homes, with a special concentration on new construction buildings in the Financial District and on the Upper East Side. Whatever the neighborhood, Tramone prides himself on being a good listener and using his knowledge of the Manhattan real estate scene to place his clients in the apartment that's just right for their needs.

In his spare time you can catch him at a bookstore, at the movies, in the kitchen learning new dishes, or working on his fluency in Italian, French, and German.
