William Tomé

Real estate runs in William Tomé’s family. Both his grandmothers are real estate agents, and his parents owned and sold commercial property throughout his childhood. Raised in South Florida but with deep ties to New York, William’s upbringing familiarized him with the industry early on and gave him a unique perspective into both sides of real estate: the challenges of buyers and renters in finding their ideal home, and the difficulties the owner or landlord faces in searching for a buyer or tenant.

His background has taught William to value tenacity and empathy -- qualities that he believes are crucial in an industry that is “about people, not just property.” Graduating with a degree in Political Science and Psychology from Florida State University, William soon developed a passion for the fast-paced world of sales and account services, and held notable positions as a corporate sales advisor and property coordinator. A specialist in the downtown Manhattan residential market, William is fascinated with NYC. “I won’t be satisfied until I’ve seen it all,” he declares. In his free time William enjoys exploring Manhattan nightlife and attending networking events.
