The Porter House

366 West 15th Street, also known as the Porter House, is a condominium in Chelsea, just north of the Meatpacking District, that is a prime example of fusing old and new for a stunning result. The name is an homage to the area’s past and the importance that meatpacking had on this area of Manhattan. The base of the Porter House is a yellow brick building that used to be home to a manufacturer. There is an upward expansion out of the industrial building which has a dark-brick and glass façade.
