Gramercy 340 East 23rd Street
Gramercy Park, Cross Streets: Second Avenue & First Avenue
The presence of designer Phillipe Starck is largely felt at Gramercy. His eclectic taste, incredible attention to detail and use of unusual objects truly add a sense of uniqueness and elegance to the building. Gerner Kronick and Valcarcel Architects also contributed to the design of Gramercy. This 22-story glass tower has a glass curtain wall that lets extraordinary light into every apartment. Relax in one of the three lounges or escape to the rooftop garden. The design offers every imaginable convenience, a touch of wit and all the comforts of home.
Residents will enjoy spending time in the lobby lounge, Starck lounge, terrace lounge, library and the beautiful rooftop garden. For those looking to enrich their bodies, there is a 2,600-square-foot, state-of-the-art fitness center with a sauna/stream room.
There are 3 kinds of finishes: Classic, Culture and Nature. In Classic, the living room flooring is dark fumed oak with a pale grey niche wall accent color. The bathroom vanity cabinets and custom mirror frame have a walnut finish and a limestone sink tabletop, flooring and walls. The kitchen is dark oak fumed and cabinets are in a walnut finish. Culture has a violet accent color in the living room. The bathroom is finished with white cabinets and Venetian glass mirrors, and the kitchen cabinets are white. The Nature takes the living room to a different level with prime white oak flooring and a pale green accent color on the wall. The bathroom is all white oak with white stone sinks. The kitchen is prime white oak with white stone countertops and back splash.
At Gramercy, every detail has been considered, so your days are more enjoyable and entirely livable.
