As the Director of Office Relations, Christine DeCurtis serves as Elegran's pillar of support, and is often the first point of contact for the company's clients and agents. Experienced in the fields of teaching, training and human resources, Christine coordinates Elegran's expanding team of agents and oversees the company's daily operations. She also serves as Elegran's recruitment specialist, screening and identifying potential agents and conducting interviews.

While Christine's role in the day-to-day management of Elegran is invaluable, she also leaves an indelible mark on the company's creative culture. She has been integral in shaping the Elegran spirit of community and integrity. Christine works to build a supportive, close-knit work environment that nurtures talent and hard work, and she encourages agents to reach for their full potential both in and out of the office, often with a smile and a dose of reasonable advice.

Born in the Bronx and raised in Westchester, Christine understands intuitively the needs of New York City residents, and uses her knowledge to create a company culture of warmth and trust, and drive Elegran to the top of the Manhattan real estate industry. Outside of the office, Christine is involved in ministry in the marketplace. She loves children, dancing, creative endeavors, and public speaking.
