Ricky Lam

Ricky Lam started working at Elegran as an intern in the spring of 2010, while he was still pursuing his B.B.S in Business Management at St. John’s University. Upon graduating in May, Ricky joined Elegran full-time. Although he is a licensed real estate agent, Ricky specializes in customer relationship management systems, and helps conceive, manage and execute Elegran’s various marketing campaigns. But while he’s one of the newest members of the Elegran team, Ricky is not new to either New York City or the world of real estate.

A native of Pearl River, New York, Ricky became involved with local real estate while still in high school, and was a fixture at town board meetings, where he regularly spoke his mind about business developments within his community. He fell in love with New York City upon coming to Queens to attend St. John’s, and has made New York both his home and his passion.

A dedicated explorer of New York City’s various cultures, neighborhoods and styles – he’s currently on something of a "American Burgers" kick – Ricky has also immersed himself in the world of Manhattan real estate. “When I look at the New York City skyline, I don’t just see tall buildings we like to call skyscrapers,” he says. “I see thousands of life stories waiting to be told. Not only do I want to hear those stories, I want to tell them.” An ardent (and improving) home cook, Ricky also enjoys playing billiards and table tennis in his time away from the office.
