Aleksandra Milanova is originally from Bulgaria, but has been living in New York since 2006. She graduated from Saint Francis College in Brooklyn Heights with a BS in Mathematics, a BA in International Cultural Studies, and a 4-year full Presidential Scholarship. After graduating, Aleksandra worked behind the trading desk for OTC Derivatives at J.P. Morgan and Equities at AllianceBernstein. She ultimately developed a passion for real estate, and for the past 6 years has been working in the residential market with a focus on high-end luxury apartments in Manhattan and Long Island City.
Aleksandra’s background inspired her to pursue a career in real estate. After being away from home for 13 years, she gained a deep understanding of how important it is to have a place that you love coming home to. With years of experience in Manhattan’s dynamic real estate market, Aleksandra stands out with integrity, professionalism, and strong work ethics. When working with clients, she listens carefully to their wants and needs, consistently communicates with them to understand their criteria, and delivers solutions specifically tailored to their different situations. Her diverse, educational, professional, and cultural backgrounds have proven to be a valuable tool in helping her continuously build and develop long-lasting relationships with buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords.
Aleksandra now lives in Astoria, Queens and loves the diversity of the cultures, cuisines, and people throughout the neighborhood. In her spare time she loves traveling, dancing, and playing capoeira. She is fluent in Bulgarian, and also speaks Portuguese.
