After enduring many colorful, complicated, scary, humorous and even disastrous real estate experiences in NYC on her own behalf and for others, she understood how her clients seem to feel when we first meet; wary of brokers and confused about the process, whether renting, buying or selling - it can seem like an impossible process, or at least impossibly stressful.

Allison was incredibly responsive, transparent, understanding, personable and determined to find me a new home without settling or being pushy at all. Allison showed me many options which I never saw online.Dana Z.
Ask for Allison Foster. We had read so many horrifying stories about real estate brokers/agents prior to visiting Brooklyn and Allison defied them all. Allison's honesty was a refreshing shift from the other real estate brokers/agents we had encountered online. She answered my questions promptly, providing me with as much detail as possible. Not only was she professional, I was impressed with her interpersonal communication skills, and her ability to nurture strong working relationships with the landlords who had hired her -- critical because your broker has to advocate on your behalf to your potential landlord. Her ability to sustain these relationships in an industry filled with agents out to close as many deals as possible within a short period of time. Allison even walked with us for close to an hour to provide us with an experiential sense of the neighborhoods we were interested in -- knowing fully well that we might decide to not rent any place she showed us. She was fully respectful of our preferences and our budget and worked hard to meet our requirements. If you're a young professional and you're wary of shady brokers, contact Allison FosterNur J.
Attentive, considerate and a great listener. Allison was honest and has the highest integrity. She gave us the truth even when it didn’t necessarily lead to a sale. She’s a gem.Mark L.
Allison was a lifesaver. After a mix of working with flakey brokers and unresponsive agents, we finally found Allison. She’s prompt. Honest, and truly the most friendly person we met out there. And we met a lot of people. She helped us snag a perfect apartment and I think….we’re friends now?? You’d be lucky to work with her.Step S.
