Andrew DiDomenico assisted my son in the purchase of his first condominium in New York at Chelsea Stratus. My son's lease was ending in two months and I suggested he consider buying a condominium, but timing was very tight with only two months left to find the right place to purchase. Moreover, my son had no time to find a place and my husband and I live in Los Angeles. We decided to try anyway and based on a friend's referral, I called Andrew and asked if he could possibly show us properties starting on Friday, April 6, the day before the Easter holiday weekend. It was the only period of time my son, my husband and I would be available. Andrew did not hesitate for a moment. He immediately sent my son and I properties to review and spent the entire holiday weekend showing us the properties we had selected from his research. Andrew managed to get us in to see properties despite the fact that it was a holiday. By late Easter Sunday we still had not found the right place. But Andrew was upbeat and continued his research, focusing more on the additional request of finding a condominium with a terrace and the existing specifics of finding a unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in Chelsea. My husband and I decided to stay in New York one more day to see what Andrew could find. We started early Monday morning and by noon Andrew had shown us the perfect condominium. We closed on that property on May 18, less than 6 weeks after Andrew had shown it to us. Andrew helped us in every single way. He negotiated with the seller's broker, referred us to a lawyer, movers and even offered to help us move in.
