Beth Goodman Licensed Real Estate Salesperson
Beth Goodman grew up in Birmingham, Michigan and attended the University of Michigan where she studied psychology and clinical social work. After pursuing a Masters degree in social work at the University of Michigan and a stint of graduate studies in American history at Columbia University in NYC, Beth relocated to NYC permanently.
Prior to working at Elegran Real Estate, Beth worked at Anchor Associates in the rental division specializing in the Upper East Side and Upper West Side neighborhoods. What drew her to real estate is her love of working with people and her ability to solve problems. She is a devoted listener with positive energy. For clients, looking for an apartment can be stressful, and she is solid and grounded in her methodical approach, and in her ability to take the client from start to finish of the process. She stays in her own lane and in doing so, can really listen to the clients concerns and find what they're looking for.
Beth currently lives on the Upper East Side. In her spare time, she practices yoga and takes personal development courses. She takes pride in being disciplined in her fun and optimism. In the most simplistic of terms, the qualities that she possess that make her a good real estate agent include thoroughness, optimism and integrity. What also makes her a good agent is that she is a good listener, and she anticipates gleefully an element of magic when confronted with challenges. She’s the real estate agent who gets the application approved with two dogs in a building that generally will not accept dogs.
