Raised and educated in New York City, Brandon has been working the streets since a young age, which is where he developed his strong understanding of the NYC real estate market. A product of the NYC public school system, Brandon has always maintained an understanding and appreciation of the diverse cultures the city has to offer.

Brandon attended Tulane University in New Orleans where he majored in Business Management and made NOLA music, food and creativity a part of his life. He now carries his love of New Orleans culture with him as he experiences life in the best city in the world.

Brandon prefers one-off, hidden restaurants to the more famous NYC eateries, and he prefers an intimate bench in a quiet park over the crowds at Sheep’s Meadow. He also prefers exploring on a Citi-Bike or his feet, but he will of course cater to his clients in an Uber or Taxi.

Brandon’s father is one of the top real estate closing attorney’s in New York City and instilled in him a logical and thoughtful approach to managing NYC’s challenging and competitive real estate marketplace. Having previously worked at one of the top real estate brokerage firms in Manhattan, Brandon has now chosen Elegran as his home to continue building his career and helping his clientele rent, buy, and sell apartments.

For two girls with multiple needs and requirements, it seemed to be a challenging obstacle to find the right apartment within the chaotic NYC real estate market, until we met Brandon and he did a 180 for us. Note, we had been working with 3-4 other agents, though none represented the qualities we found in him. To name a few: accommodating, responsive, punctual. Brandon could not have been more accommodating to us. He listened to what we wanted, worked around our tough evening schedules for showings and had the confidence we had lost that we'd find everything on our list. The word "responsive" seems like the understatement of the century. Every email, call, or text was answered within minutes, nights and weekends included. Brandon actually texted us about a listing at 11:00pm on Saturday night and we had to tell him to break and enjoy his night!! It was clear we were a priority. Even when we asked the same question 10 times (or more), not only was he kind and patient, but we had an answer within seconds. Finally, Brandon was always punctual. Never one minute late (which is a huge pet peeve of ours). Not only that, but he never rushed to end any appointment. There was one showing that stands out where we spent 45 minutes or so in the unit, when he easily could have cut it at 5 minutes. Most importantly, Brandon never tried selling us to sell.
