From a young age, Brett Michaels has been self-motivated and driven by passion and success. In 2009, after working for a top architect in Westchester, Brett ran a renovating company for two years, coincidentally named Rockstar Renovations. He then moved to Brooklyn to focus on Global Marketing and Entrepreneurial Studies at Pace University in the Financial District. He worked full time at Grande Harvest Wines in Grand Central Terminal, where he grew a passion for wine and spirits. Always eager to learn, Brett began the rigorous process of becoming a certified sommelier. His love for wine brought him to The Inn at Pound Ridge by Jean-Georges, working as a mixologist behind the main bar and junior sommelier. In addition, he was part of the management team at Vine and Company, a local wine store, where he shared his knowledge and passion by hosting wine and spirit classes. Brett’s love for architecture and hospitality is what led him to real estate. He brings the same work ethic, drive, courtesy, and attention to detail that helped him succeed in other facets to the real estate industry in New York.

With Brett’s background in hospitality and entrepreneurial studies, he devotes himself to provide an elevated level of service to his clients by anticipating his clients’ needs and understanding their individual interests. He is able to connect and provide a dedicated, unparalleled professional service and glide his clients with clarity and focus through the vast New York City real estate market. He supplies his clients with a plethora of market knowledge to keep them informed and ensure they move into the best apartment on the market.

Brett has contagious energy, and is someone who loves to help others and make them happy. He has become intimately acquainted with most of the neighborhoods in Manhattan, but his favorites are Chelsea, West Village and Tribeca. In his free time, you can find him volunteering in the U.S. and impoverished countries, traveling, exercising, snowboarding, catching up with friends, as well as exploring and relaxing at new restaurants.
