Chase Rabenn Licensed Real Estate Salesperson
While growing up in Seal Beach, California, Chase Rabenn always longed for the energy and hustle of a bigger city. Even while studying Philosophy and Art History at UCLA, he found himself enticed by the big apple. In 2008, Chase took his leap of faith and moved to New York City to continue his personal and professional ambitions.
Before pursuing a real estate career, Chase worked in the restaurant industry for famed chefs like Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Tom Colicchio, and Shaun Hergatt. In 2016, he helped open and manage the exclusive members-only restaurant at 432 Park Ave where he had the opportunity to interact with both residents and brokers on a regular basis. Real estate eventually piqued Chase's curiosity and he realized he could apply his advanced hospitality skills to become a successful agent and help people find the perfect home and in the process make them feel warm, welcome, and taken care of.
Chase believes in building strong relationships based on communication and trust, and he strives to do right by all of his clients. He feels as though the best agents are relentless, honest, and highly supportive of their clients. Chase aims to not only ensure the process of renting, buying or selling a home goes smoothly, but to also help his clients build happy lives in their new homes.
In his free time, Chase enjoys exploring New York’s eclectic restaurant and cocktail scene while experimenting in his own kitchen. Chase practices yoga, loves art and music, as well as taking evening strolls through Williamsburg with his Boston Terrier, Maizey.
Chase is currently working with Children of Promise to become a mentor to a child of incarcerated parents.
