David Kasouf Licensed Real Estate Salesperson
Born in Ottawa, Canada, David Kasouf decided to make New York City his home after graduating from the College of the Holy Cross in Massachusetts where he was a CFL draft pick and collegiate track and field competitor. David spent 15 years working in finance as a Portfolio Manager and then General Partner of a macro fund specializing in commodities and foreign exchange before deciding to make the transition to the real estate industry.
Real estate was a natural choice for David, who developed a passion for the industry while growing up with his parents, who are both brokers. David spent his professional years collecting real estate magazines to gain insight into the NYC and Hamptons markets. He is inspired by the dynamic NYC real estate market and appreciates the city as both a great place to live as well as invest.
Honesty and accountability are David’s highest priorities. He strives to make a personal connection with each of his clients so he can understand their needs and desires and find the property that best meets them. David uses his strong analytical skills to deliver the best possible results to his clients in a fast, efficient way, all while ensuring their comfort and ease of mind throughout the process.
In his spare time, David enjoys spending time with his wife and two children at his homes on the North Shore of Long Island and in Sag Harbor, NY. David personally subcontracted the massive renovations on his Sag Harbor home, so he understands the nuances of renovation and can provide guidance and advice to clients who may be taking on similar projects.
