Testimonials
Gina was a pleasure to work with. She was well prepared with apartments for me to look at and she knew just what I was looking for. We searched for several months, and though I often became discouraged, Gina always was confident that I would find the perfect apartment. - Cheryl S.
Gina made apartment hunting in New York City a breeze. The very first apartment she found ended up becoming my new apartment. She was personable and professional every step of the way, guiding us through the process. She really took the time to understand what we were looking for and went above and beyond in showing off the city. I highly recommend her and don’t know what we would’ve done without her. - Marissa D.
Gina Conzo is an amazing broker, she made the moving process so effortless for me and I could not be more satisfied with the whole experience. She answered any question that I had and fulfilled all of my requests. Whenever I needed something, she was available 24/7. She got me the best deal on my apartment which I did not think was possible but somehow she did it. I’m truly so thankful for her efforts, best broker in town. - Eliza E.
I would like to take this opportunity to tell you about my experience with Gina Conzo. She was absolutely professional. Her follow through excellent when she said she would do something it happened. She tackled my requested wishes for what I was looking for in an apt. head on and found exactly what I wanted. Once we found what I wanted she guided me through all the paper work and anything that could happen with care and understanding. helping me keep my stress levels down. I can't thank her enough for all her effort and help. - Susan C. J.
Having lived in NYC for over 10 years and moving 4 separate times with various brokers, I can confidently say working with Elegran broker Gina Conzo was by far the best experience I've ever had! Gina was extremely professional, organized and stayed in constant communication with my boyfriend and I throughout the entire process (from pre apartment hunting to lease signing). Looking for an apartment in NYC is never easy and Gina made the process as seamless as possible. When Gina arrived to our first appointment with a folder of each listing we were going to see and all of the details per apartment, I knew I had found the right broker. I would use her again and plan to recommend her to any friend, co-worker or family member looking to rent an apartment in the city! - Ashley K.
Gina is the absolute best, professional, and friendly. I can’t think of going through this experience with anyone else. Moving from FL to NYC is stressful enough, ESPECIALLY when you only have 1 day in town to look for a place. Gina was super organized and maximized our time in town. She asked all the SUPER helpful questions that my fiancé and I couldn’t think of. She was also always available for any questions we would have. We really had an amazing experience with her and look forward to working with her in the future when we’re ready to buy! - Alejandra C.
