I cannot recommend Jacob Lange highly enough. He did an absolutely phenomenal job. He provided crucial expert advice and guidance all along the way. He was always accessible and ready to answer my questions at any time. Moreover, buying or selling a home can be an exciting but also a stressful experience; he was a truly wonderful person to have in my corner throughout the process. Because of Jacob, my unit presented beautifully, was on the market at the best possible time, and received multiple above-ask offers. It sold for more than I imagined possible. Thank you so much Jacob! - Joan G.
Jacob helped our family move from California to New York. He didn't just help. He made it happen. He walked with us every step of the way as we fought our way through the battle of finding an apartment in Manhattan. He knows the city and the process well and treated us with grace all along the way. He was even there to welcome us and our moving truck when we arrived in the city. You'll love his demeanor and desire to help you find your new home. - David & Beverly C.
Jacob went above and beyond in every step of our interaction. Before we even met in person, he sent links to several apartments that he thought might be a good match for us. He was receptive to our feedback and tailored our search accordingly. From the beginning, I could tell that Jacob was hardworking and trustworthy (contrary to the reputation of many brokers in NYC, as well as my previous experiences). On a viewing, he even pointed out that one of the apartments we liked did not have any closet space in the bedrooms. That’s when I knew he was different from other brokers. Jacob told us from the first day that he would do whatever he could to help us secure the best apartment possible, and he held true to that promise. - Holly H.
