Lauren is a natural entrepreneur, bringing high energy and a positive spirit to everything she does. From a very young age, she identified her personal strengths and leveraged them to generate a profit, developing an impressive professional portfolio in both musical theater and restaurant hospitality well before adulthood. This innate drive, coupled with a keen eye for style and a love for people, is what ultimately fueled her passion for luxury real estate sales in New York City.
After graduating from Vanderbilt University with B.S. degrees in Human & Organizational Development and Corporate Strategy, Lauren combined her customer service mindset and academic studies to establish a rewarding career in Human Resource Management. She spent 6 years as an HR Leader within the start-up market, working within fast-paced industries such as entertainment, digital media, financial services, and technology, where she built people programs aimed at maximizing employee potential. No matter the specific task at hand, her primary goals remained the same: put the clients’ needs first, identify creative solutions to difficult problems, and above all else, build strong and trusted relationships through ACTION. Lauren carved a professional niche within the employee relations and development sphere, where she provided the most value as a coach and mentor, and her ability to make clients feel comfortable in particularly stressful situations is extraordinary. Lauren proudly brings the same client-centric approach to her work in real estate.
In her spare time, Lauren loves attending Broadway shows, biking around the city with her husband, spending time at her family’s cabin in New Hampshire, and of course, drinking good champagne. As a Chicago native, Lauren always knew she was destined to call New York City her long-term home, but that doesn’t stop her from showcasing a healthy dose of Midwestern charm along the way!
