Lizabeth Rechberger Licensed Real Estate Salesperson
Lizabeth Rechberger grew up in a small, rural town in Western New York. She moved to NYC after graduating from Ithaca College with a degree in Business Administration, with dual concentrations in Marketing and Management.
Following her time at Ithaca, Lizabeth worked in the Executive Recruiting industry, specifically within the consumer products goods space, but she always had a passion for real estate. As a recruiter, she would often come home and browse apartment listings in NYC, even when she was not looking for a home for herself, which led her to pursue a career in the real estate industry. Lizabeth is passionate, motivated, and relationship-driven. She is a strong listener who believes the key to finding clients their dream home is to carefully listen to their needs and wants.
Lizabeth currently lives in Chelsea. In her free time, she likes to attend concerts, explore NYC’s famed bars and restaurants, and take weekend or day trips to hike and bike outside of the city.

My Colorado to NYC move was successful because of Liz. We communicated long distance months ago and as soon as I was ready... she was after it. Her knowledge of the city and understanding my needs and the needs of my pup were spot on! Found me the perfect apartment... communicated with all parties to facilitate a rapid lease signing... she’s my NYC real estate expert for sure!!! - Kim K.
Liz has been extremely helpful with my husband and I's move to New York City. We're moving from London and not only did she give us a detailed video call of the apartment, but her email responses had no delay. It's been such a smooth experience and we hugely hugely appreciate Liz's kindness throughout this time period. Thank you so much Liz! - Eva
Liz was very helpful in our search for a place in Manhattan. My wife and I recently moved to NYC (as well as to America), Liz took the time to explain the Manhattan market and made us feel very comfortable throughout the search process. We really appreciated her professional approach especially the fact that she never rushed us or pressured us. We would highly recommend Lizabeth. - Arjun
Having moved 4 times in NYC, Liz is by far the best broker I have ever worked with. She was incredibly helpful through the whole process and I would highly recommend anyone her to anyone who is looking to work with a trustworthy, reliable, and professional broker in the NYC area. - Lindsey B.
She helped me find the perfect apartment in a great area in a short amount of time. She made sure everything went smooth by responding to any questions I had right away. Also explained everything thoroughly so I could understand the whole process. Highly recommend! - Teresa C.
