When I moved into New York I realized that finding an apartment was way more difficult than I had imagined. After dealing with a number of agents, I was lucky enough to meet Mark. My days of worries were over after that.
Almost all the listings that Mark showed me were exceptional. I could have moved into anyone of those. He showed a remarkable ability to understand my needs and come up with the best possible options. He also had a great working relationship with the managements of the properties, which came in very handy when we were negotiating the deal. Mark kept my interest in mind and got me the best possible deal.
I have already recommended Mark to my colleagues and they have also found him to be extremely helpful. The fact that he is available all the time to answer any question and find solutions is one quality that I think make him stand out in the crowd. - Muhammad Z.
Mark was wonderful to work with, he helped my fiance and I find a fantastic apartment, and helped negotiate the rent to a price point we were comfortable with. We will definitely be reaching out to him for our next apartment search! - Emily S.
Mark helped me find an apartment on my relocation to New York. It took us a little while but Mark found me one. I would admit that Mark has the ability to understand needs of his client. His area knowledge is very good. And he has apartments to fit almost all budgets. New York is a competitive market and Mark has the capability and capacity to operate here. Mark is also honest and fair. I would highly recommend Mark! - Fariz H.
Mark Fruce is excellent! Mark is attentive, detail-oriented, compassionate, and listens well to the needs of his client. He arranged several appointments for me to view apartments to rent in New York City. As a first-time tenant in this city, I was very intimidated. Mark made me feel comfortable every step along the way. He was confident that I would find the right home -- and I did, with his help!! I highly recommend Mark Fruce, and I will be using him again in the future if I decide to buy! - Ashley R.

Mark Fruce was a pleasure to work with. After dealing with rude brokers in Manhattan, working with Mark was a relief. Mark knew his way around and he had full expertise on the process. He was extremely knowledgeable as well as responded quickly to us, he always made us feel like we were his first priority. Even though my roommates and I were traveling internationally, Mark helped us sign a beautiful apartment from overseas! Now that's something not a lot of brokers can do! - Tanushree G.
Mark Fruce was a true pleasure to work with. Having been in contact with several brokers, I really felt Mark was willing to take the extra effort and time to help us find what we wanted. We had some specific requirements that made our case difficult, but Mark did his research very well and found great options. The final apartment that we viewed, we ended up getting and it exceeded our expectations. We were so happy to be able to secure this apartment through Mark's effective negotiations along with his help and support. Thank you again.

Mark Fruce is professional, patient, and extremely helpful in my apartment hunting. He made sure that we secured a viewing promptly in the condominum that I was interested in and guided me through the paperwork involved in applying for the apartment. He was responsive to my questions and even talked me through the lease terms during after-office hours. He assisted me in reaching out and dealing with the condominum management team regarding my move-in process. Throughout this entire process, Mark showed himself to be dedicated to his clients, knowledgeable about the property market in NYC and is pleasant to deal with. Mark Fruce was excellent at helping me find a rental to call home for my second move within Manhattan. He was professional and attentive to my preferences yet easygoing and enjoyable to talk to and work with throughout the apartment hunting, application, and moving process. I don't expect I'll be moving from the superb apartment that Mark helped me find in the near-future, but should I undertake another move farther down the road, Mark will be my go-to agent. If you're looking to move to New York from out of town or just within the city itself, you will not be disappointed with Mark at your side. - Michael N.
Mark Fruce was very pleasant and professional to work with. In addition to his great knowledge of the market, it was very evident that Mark had a good relationship with the owners of the apartment buildings that we viewed. Mark Fruce is the ultimate NYC real estate professional. I have worked with many realtors prior to Mark but none have provided the comprehensive knowledge of the market and execution of the process. Mark was able to locate exactly what I needed and delivered in the timeframe I required. - Luis G
Mark Fruce helped me find and purchase my condo unit in Brooklyn. He was responsive, patient, and diligent throughout the process. If he was not available for any reason, he made sure to find a colleague to continue to support me. He also helped me find contacts in legal, insurance, and home improvement services. - Jungsup Lee
I was recently relocated to NYC for a new job and had to find a place to live quickly. Never having lived on the east coast I honestly had no idea where to start in the city, what the prices were, brokers fee, gross and net...etc., etc., etc. the entire process was very frustrating not to mention the sticker shock! UNTIL I met Mark Fruce. Mark took the time to research properties for me and my husband, consolidated our appointments to maximize our time, negotiated with the leasing agents and met us on a Sunday when we decided to shift neighborhoods last minute before we flew back to AZ. We can't thank Mark Fruce enough for his friendly demeanor and professional attitude and behavior throughout the entire process. Thanks to Mark we got an incredible property in the exact neighborhood we wanted and a short walk for me to work...not to mention Mark was able to get us a great rate, reduced fees and the move in date we needed. Thank you Mark for all your help! We would highly recommend Mark Fruce for any real estate purchase or rental needs. New York here we come! - Mike Sebring
I have lived in New York City for almost 7 years, moved a number of times, and Mark Fruce is hands-down the best broker I've encountered. I was thoroughly impressed by his professionalism, his understanding of my search parameters, and his responsiveness --but, most importantly, I could not be happier with the end result: finding the perfect apartment in the location I desired, which was under my budget. I contacted Mark to assist me in finding a studio apartment in the West Village. I had been scouring the internet for months looking at studios to get a sense of the market and was getting quite discouraged. Mark was able to find an apartment whose location, size, and quality were each significantly superior to anything I had seen posted online. He also saved me thousands because the building paid his fee! When it came time to sign the lease, Mark ensured that we were appropriately aggressive to such that the listing did not fall to another tenant and there was not an opportunity for a bidding war. I have already recommended Mark to a number of friends. One friend recently used Mark to sign an apartment in Midtown and had an equally incredible experience. Every facet of my experience with Mark exceeded expectation. I cannot endorse him strongly enough to anyone looking for an apartment in Manhattan. - JT Fine
Mark was absolutely incredible to work with - he was knowledgeable, flexible, asked the right questions, and bent over backwards to ensure I found the right apartment. I moved to New York from Chicago for the first time, so had a lot of criteria and constraints but little knowledge, Mark was fully transparent to bridge that gap and ensure I found the right place. Once I did, he was great at handling the negotiations and ensuring the lease was signed asap. Highly recommend! - Luke Hassen
