When I moved into New York I realized that finding an apartment was way more difficult than I had imagined. After dealing with a number of agents, I was lucky enough to meet Mark. My days of worries were over after that.
Almost all the listings that Mark showed me were exceptional. I could have moved into anyone of those. He showed a remarkable ability to understand my needs and come up with the best possible options. He also had a great working relationship with the managements of the properties, which came in very handy when we were negotiating the deal. Mark kept my interest in mind and got me the best possible deal.
I have already recommended Mark to my colleagues and they have also found him to be extremely helpful. The fact that he is available all the time to answer any question and find solutions is one quality that I think make him stand out in the crowd. - Muhammad Z.

Mark Fruce was a true pleasure to work with. Having been in contact with several brokers, I really felt Mark was willing to take the extra effort and time to help us find what we wanted. We had some specific requirements that made our case difficult, but Mark did his research very well and found great options. The final apartment that we viewed, we ended up getting and it exceeded our expectations. Mark Fruce was excellent at helping me find a rental to call home for my second move within Manhattan. He was professional and attentive to my preferences yet easygoing and enjoyable to talk to and work with throughout the apartment hunting, application, and moving process. I don't expect I'll be moving from the superb apartment that Mark helped me find in the near-future, but should I undertake another move farther down the road, Mark will be my go-to agent. If you're looking to move to New York from out of town or just within the city itself, you will not be disappointed with Mark at your side. - Michael N.
