Nikita Idiri Licensed Real Estate Salesperson
Nikita Idiri was born in Paris and moved to Long Island when he was four years old. He attended The University of Albany, where he studied International Relations and Political Science and was the captain of the ice hockey team.
Nikita developed an interest in real estate from a young age and always knew it would be a good career fit for him. He has always been personable and the idea of a career where he would not only meet new and interesting people on a daily basis but have the opportunity help those people with the biggest purchase of their lives appealed to him. He also wanted a career with unlimited growth potential, making real estate the clear choice.
When it comes to helping clients find the perfect home, Nikita’s approach is to first and foremost listen. He believes that rather than push an agenda or try to sell something for the sake of selling, it is essential to understand exactly what it is the clients are looking for, even if it takes longer to close the deal.
Nikita began his real estate career in 2017 in Saratoga, NY, where he worked during his last year of college. He did this in order to gain an understanding of the market and how things worked prior to coming into the city. He then spent 13 months working for a boutique brokerage in Manhattan. He passed his real estate exam and closed 6 sales deals all while balancing classes and playing a collegiate sport. He also closed an exclusive penthouse listing within his first 3 months of working in the city.
Prior to joining the real estate industry, Nikita was heavily involved in the customer service industry, working in his mother’s organic juice bar/restaurant on and off as a manager for the past 10 years. During high school, he received his personal training license which helped further developed his people skills. He is trilingual and speaks English, French, and Russian.
Nikita is personable, direct, honest, and most importantly, attentive. Rather than treat a client like a transaction, he values the importance of truly understanding what it is they desire. This is how he builds life-long relationships. Nikita has spent the majority of his life on a sports team, which instilled organization, diligence, and teamwork in him - all of which are fundamental to an agent's growth.
