Before working as a real estate agent, Richard had a professional background in financial sales and energy sales. Richard was inspired to pursue a career in the industry after watching an infomercial for a real estate home study course in high school. Years later, after trying out the NYC workforce, he realized he loved sales, but not the products he was selling. By understanding his professional passions for sales, real estate, and entrepreneurship, Richard was able to move in the right direction and transition to a career in real estate.
Richard believes that spending time with his clients is important, as this gives him the chance to learn more and more as they move forward in the home search process. Communicating effectively and thoroughly with his clients helps him to fine-tune and narrow the search, and eventually lock down the perfect home. Richard has closed over 100 deals working as an agent for buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords.
Richard grew up in the Bronx and the Upper East Side, and attended Delaware State University. He currently lives in Harlem, and enjoys cooking, cycling, studying numerology, and playing Esports in his spare time.
