Born in Los Angeles and raised in Manhattan Beach, California, Sahir Deepak has spent three years living in New York City and in that time has acquired tremendous real estate experience. He has previously worked in the hospitality industry and the real estate crowdfunding sector and chose to focus on real estate because of his passion for communication and innate attention to detail. Sahir is currently in his last year at New York University, where he studies Commercial Real Estate Development. Sahir is an avid traveler and particularly enjoys living in NYC for its fast-paced lifestyle, he has lived all over Manhattan, including the West Village, Gramercy Park, and the East Village. When he is not working hard to develop an even stronger understanding of the real estate market, you can find Sahir reading in the shade at Washington Square Park. He also enjoys playing basketball and is a die-hard Lakers fan.
