Sharyn’s taps into a 20+ year career in real estate that began at a family real estate fund manager and culminated into her being a dedicated contributor to Douglas Elliman’s status as a recognized national leader across competitive markets, having spearheaded a best-in-class market research division that provided market intelligence on $100B+ of NYC's new development residential market.
Sharyn was born in Toronto to and grew up in Philadelphia. After graduating from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with degrees in Sociology/Psychology, Sharyn quickly gravitated toward the real estate world and joined Douglas Elliman upon moving to NYC in 2005, where her love affair with NYC real estate started and has continued to evolve ever since.
Sharyn loves to sail, travel, explore new cities, cultures, understand local culture and customs, and meet new people. She loves tennis and has been playing since her preteen years. She was #1 in high school and has never missed a US Open.
