Although their sales office has been open since the end of April, it has only been a few days since the renderings of Franklin Place in Tribeca came out on the market. Developed by the Elad Group, the building is located at 371 Broadway, and it contains 54 luxury condominium residences, of which ten have been listed on the market ranging in price from $950,000 to $7.5 million.

As for the apartments themselves, their renderings suggest that Franklin Place will easily fit in with the brand of luxury living that Tribeca is known for. The apartments come in studio, one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom sizes, and they have a number of beautiful design features, including extremely high ceilings, hardwood floors, open kitchens and marble bathrooms.

Franklin Place will also be giving its residents access to a number of amazing amenities, one of which will be a swimming pool on the roof. Other notable services include a state of the art gym, a children’s playroom and a full-time doorman and concierge. The building’s location is especially attractive, given its proximity to many of Tribeca’s famous bars and restaurants.
