Exploring the Lavish Amenities of Waterline Square
There has been a major buzz in the NYC real estate world over the last few months about one of the city’s newest luxury developments, Waterline Square. Everyone has been anticipating the over-the-top amenities that these three stunning buildings will offer its elite residents, and now the wait is finally over.
Each tower was designed by a different starchitect, a fancy name for the creative geniuses behind the world’s most impressive buildings. One Waterline Square, designed by Richard Meier, features amenities and beautiful interior design elements by Champalimaud. Not only does it offer breathtaking views of the Hudson River and city skyline, but gives residents a formal dining room that seats 20, along with a fully equipped catering kitchen, perfect for hosting private parties or professional events. Along with a media room and billiards lounge with a bar, One Waterline Square has two spacious outdoor sun decks and a great room with a gas-burning fireplace. All of these world-class amenities can be found on the 15th floor, overlooking the water.
The amenities of Two Waterline Square, designed by KPF, are located 18 floors above the bustling streets of NYC. The interior design comes from none other than Yabu Pushelberg and includes a 22-person dining area with catering kitchen, a spirits library, salon, and a sundeck with two gorgeous outdoor kitchens. And of course, a lovely great room with a gas-burning fireplace.
The last tower in this jaw-dropping trio was designed by Rafael Vinoly and features a media room, intimate 12-person dining room with catering kitchen, expansive outdoor terrace, salon, and a great room with not one, but two gas-burning fireplaces.
As if these luxury amenities weren’t enough, all three towers will have access to the Waterline Club. This state of the art facility offers incredible perks like an art and music studio, rock climbing wall, indoor tennis court, and soccer fields, sparkling pool, basketball court and mini bowling alley. For those who love the high-rise lifestyle but appreciate the simplicity and beauty of gardening, gardening studios are available as well. An indoor skate park and a golf simulator add to the long list of amenities, along with a dog washing salon and a dog-training studio.
High profile New Yorkers are no longer satisfied with run of the mill amenities. For residents dropping millions of dollars on an NYC high-rise, amenities that make life fun, comfortable and convenient are a must. Luxury buildings in the area will have to truly step up their game to compete with this captivating trio of luxury towers that are sure to redefine luxury living in the Upper West Side.
