Elegran's 10 Biggest Sales of 2017
2017 was a tremendous year for Elegran agents, who closed major deals throughout every corner of NYC. There's far too many to fit into just one blog post, so instead here are 10 of the biggest sales Elegran agents closed in 2017.
10. 55 West 17th Street, Apartment 405
In October, agents David Ghoneim and Vincent Pergola sold apartment 405 in 55 West 17th Street for $2,520,000. This full-service condominium is located in Flatiron, one of the most interesting small neighborhoods in Manhattan that is known for having the charms of Chelsea paired with the fast-paced vibe of Midtown.
The homes inside this elegant building with a Danish white brick facade are spacious and feature open floor plans while the building includes a landscaped outdoor terrace, 24-hour attended lobby, and modern fitness center and more. 9. 101 Wall Street, Apartment 8-B

Two of the biggest deals Elegran represented in 2017 were in this popular Manhattan building.
