Elegran Monthly Round-Up: June 2018
Manhattan apartment prices dropped for the fourth consecutive quarter in the weeks leading up to June 1st, with median apartment sales prices falling $2.2 million, a 4.3 percent decrease from the month before. This is good news for people who are thinking about purchasing an NYC home, and Elegran agents were able to help their clients leverage these market conditions to find great deals on beautiful homes while securing gorgeous exclusive listings for July.
Last month, Elegran agent Ignacio Cesped sold a $3,395,000 home at 200 East 62nd Street in Lenox Hill, a centrally located Manhattan building that offers white glove concierge service, a fitness center, and a beautiful rooftop club and terrace that features spectacular views of the city. The one-to five-bedroom homes inside feature bright, spacious interiors with clean lines and versatile layouts.
Also in June, agents David Ghoneim and Vincent Pergola closed a $3,250,000 deal at 355 East 19th Street in beautiful Gramercy Park. This intimate building with a Danish hand-made Kolumba brick façade is a collection of just seven residencies with spacious balconies, 7” wide engineered European oak floors, and private outdoor spaces. David and Vincent sold the gorgeous, duplex townhouse in this doorman building, which features an elegant chef's kitchen, spacious master suite with a walk-in closet, and a 1,521-square-foot patio and garden.
Agents Nick Anable and Seth Podell also had a busy month this past June, when they closed a $2,575,000 deal at 1080 Fifth Ave in Carnegie Hill. This 21-story building bills itself as Fifth Avenue oasis with doormen, elevator attendants, and a live-in super. It also boasts stunning Central Park views and the Guggenheim Museum located right across the street. Apartment 3-C is a beautiful home in this building with an expansive living and dining area, a large master bedroom, and gorgeous hardwood floors.
