Sales Launch at Long Island City's Gorgeous, Argentinian-Inspired Building
Residents of the Court Square area in Long Island City have watched a beautiful Argentinian-inspired structure come to life before their eyes, and have been anxious to know what is inside the stunning glass structure located on 44th Drive. As sales officially launch in the new Corte building, more details have emerged about exactly what this modern architectural masterpiece has to offer. The Court Square Blog reported back in March that construction should be complete toward the end of the year but individual sales are already underway.
The building’s design is inspired by the low-rise, asymmetrical style of many structures in Buenos Aires and stands only eight stories tall. Planet Partners and Argentinian real estate firm Dieguez Fridman Arquitectos & Asociados came together to develop and design this luxury NYC residence. The idea behind the unique design is to maximize indoor space while focusing on outdoor space. The impressive building will feature 85 condo residences, with prices starting in the mid $500,000's, with the most luxurious units edging close to $3M. Units will range from studio apartments to sprawling three bedroom layouts, and the “stacking” architectural design features allow for many of the apartments to have their own private outdoor terrace space. Each home will include upscale features for luxury living, including hardwood floors, high tech appliances and floor-to-ceiling windows that provide sweeping views of the city. The gourmet kitchens will feature elegant marble countertops, expansive center islands, and modern appliances for a space that is perfect for cooking or entertaining.
Residents will also have access to exclusive building amenities such as a state of the art fitness center, residents’ lounge, and an expansive roof deck with upscale cabanas and landscaped gardens. Families can take advantage of the clean and contemporary children’s playroom, while pet lovers will appreciate the on-site pet wash, and there are many other additional, unique amenities. Along with these services and plenty of parking, residents will have access to 16,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor.
Long Island City is known for rapid growth, a thriving arts community, and stunning waterfront parks, so it makes sense that one of NYC’s newest and most beautiful residential buildings would be constructed in this exciting neighborhood. This area is perfect for New Yorkers who are looking for a quiet, tree-lined community that still offers fast access to Manhattan. Along with several subway options, Long Island City will also now have a new stop on the NYC Ferry Service.
