There's no better time to be a buyer in NYC. Apartment sales are down and inventory is up across the board, from Manhattan to Brooklyn to Queens, and NYC buyers are in a great position to negotiate and get their dream starter or high-end luxury apartment at a great price. While luxury sales may be slow, that didn't stop Elegran agents from closing some major deals in September. Here are some of the biggest sales Elegran agents brokered last month.

Building: 950 Park Avenue

Agent: Andrew DiDomenico

September Deals Closed For: $7,400,000

In September, agent Andrew DiDomenico closed a deal on a $7.4 million home on the world-famous Park Avenue. 950 Park Avenue was built nearly 100 years ago by renowned architect James E.R. Carpenter and it has maintained many of its classic features including high ceilings and beautiful fireplaces. The building includes a doorman, fitness center, and a stunning rooftop garden where residents can enjoy lovely views of the city all while living just steps from Central Park.

Building: The Bryant

Agent: Chris Fry

September Deals Closed For: $3,386,000

The Bryant is a stunning collection of condominiums located on the edge of Bryant Park. The homes inside feature floor-to-ceiling windows and Juliet balconies with incredible views, oak herringbone floors, custom kitchens with Calacatta Gold marble countertops and backsplashes, marble-clad bathrooms, and much more. In September, Chris Fry closed a deal on a $3,386,000 home in this exciting new building which also includes a state-of-the-art fitness center and a club living room lounge designed by Stonehill & Taylor featuring 15’ ceilings, a fireplace, conference and dining rooms, a full bar for entertaining and landscaped terrace.

Building: 515 East 72nd Street

Agents: David Ghoneim and Vincent Pergola

September Deals Closed For: $3,250,000

The Upper East Side is pseudonymous with luxury and sophistication and 515 East 72nd Street is a perfect example of the best this neighborhood has to offer. Last month, David Ghoneim and Vincent Pergola sold a $3,250,000 in this premier building which features a 40,000 square foot amenity center with a competition-sized indoor pool, a basketball court, modern fitness center, spa facilities, a private park, and much more. There is also a creative arts studio, a concierge, doorman, laundry service, valet service, and rooftop deck.

Other notable September closings include:

Nick Anable and Seth Podell's $2,380,000 deal at 375 Riverside Drive

Nick Agostinelli's $1,475,000 deal at 230 East 20th St
