NYC's Priciest Non-Hotel Rental Hits the Market
The most expensive non-hotel luxury rental apartment in New York City has just hit the market. An apartment located on the 80th floor at One57 spanning almost 6,250 square feet has recently been listed at $125,000 per month or $150,000 per month if furnished.
The upscale residence, complete with four bedrooms, was crafted by interior designer Thomas Juul-Hansen. It boasts high ceilings and 12-foot floor-to-ceiling windows with sweeping views of Central Park, the Hudson and East Rivers, and the NYC skyline. The apartment’s substantially-sized great room has grand columns and ample space for dining with multiple seating areas. In the Smallbone of Devises custom kitchen, future residents will have access to high-end features such as a custom center island and built-in stainless steel appliances, and can additionally enjoy the “breakfast room” located between the living room and kitchen.
All four bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms and are located in the south wing for maximum privacy, along with the sitting room and laundry room complete with a washer and dryer machine. The master bedroom, with its own dressing room and sitting room, offers views to the north, south, and east. It also comes with a spa-like master bathroom, which consists of features such as a steam room, spa shower, soaking tub, double sink and double water closets. Renters have the option to pay $25,000 more per month for all the furniture in the apartment, excluding the artwork.
The apartment’s future residents will also be able to use all of One57’s luxury amenities, including a fitness center, yoga studio, library with a 24-foot aquarium and billiards room, arts and craft room, dining and function room, pet washroom, full-catering kitchen, and 24-hour doorman, to name a few. Along with this extensive list of amenities, residents can also take advantage of the services offered by the Park Hyatt Hotel. Through direct access by elevator, residents can easily utilize the Park Hyatt’s spa portico, triple height indoor swimming pool, steam rooms, spa, and fifth-floor restaurant and bar.
One57 is located in Midtown North, in an iconic area between Central Park and the Plaza District known as Billionaire’s Row.
