November was a big month for NYC real estate. Amazon announced that they would be bringing their second headquarters to Long Island City, which led to a surge of buyer interest in the Queens neighborhood and the surrounding areas. Meanwhile, Elegran agents were able to close major deals on stunning apartments across the city. Here are some of the top deals our agents closed this past month.

Building: Infinity Flats

November Deals Closed For: $5,100,000

Infinity Flats, located in downtown’s Flatiron District, is a gorgeous pre-war building offering unrivaled privacy. The eight full-floor condos inside boast high ceilings, hardwood floors, modern kitchens, spacious bedrooms and living areas, and Juliet balconies. This past November, Nick Agostinelli sold one of these gorgeous homes for $5,100,000. The 6th-floor home features an eat-in kitchen, enormous walk-in closets, a spa-like bathroom, and more.

November Deals Closed For: $2,630,000

November Deals Closed For: $1,590,000

Nick Agostinelli also sold a $1,590,000 home in this building last month, which also includes a fitness center, business center, children’s playground, resident lounge, and more.

Ying Li-Oshrin’s $1,035,000 deal at 301 West 53rd Street

David Ghoneim and Vincent Pergola's $15,000/a month deal at 303 East 77th Street

Nick Agostinelli's $11,000/a month deal at 345 West 14th Street.
