Elegran Monthly Round Up: January 2019
It's a new year, and Elegran is showing no signs of slowing down. Elegran agents had a tremendous start to 2019, closing several multimillion-dollar sales deals and brokering high-end rental agreements in January. This achievement is even more impressive when you take into consideration the fact that median home prices in Manhattan have fallen to below $1 million for the first time since 2015. Here are some of the gorgeous homes Elegran agents sold last month.
Building: Sterling Mason, 71 Laight Street
January Deals Closed For: $5,350,000
The Sterling Mason is one of the most sought-after buildings in NYC's most popular neighborhood, Tribeca. This boutique residence features just three homes per floor, each with three bedrooms, and agents David Ghoneim and Vincent Pergola sold one of these homes for $5,350,000 last month. The spacious apartments inside boast open-plan loft living layouts, hardwood floors throughout, oversized windows that overlook the lovely street below, kitchens with best-in-class appliances and custom walnut cabinetry and millwork, and many other luxury finishes. The building's many amenities include the welcoming lobby, a concierge, doorman, and porters, a library lounge, a stunning courtyard, a children's playroom, and more.
