Elegran Monthly Round Up: January 2019

It's a new year, and Elegran is showing no signs of slowing down. Elegran agents had a tremendous start to 2019, closing several multimillion-dollar sales deals and brokering high-end rental agreements in January. This achievement is even more impressive when you take into consideration the fact that median home prices in Manhattan have fallen to below $1 million for the first time since 2015.
