Elegran Monthly Round Up: February 2019
February was a great month for the NYC luxury real estate market. Brooklyn's high-end residential market saw seventeen contracts signed for $54.58 million in total sales in one week alone, while the Manhattan market saw 26 contracts signed and an estimated $245 million made in total during the same week. Elegran agents were proud to be a part of this banner month for the market and closed several multimillion-dollar deals in February.
