February was a great month for the NYC luxury real estate market. Brooklyn's high-end residential market saw seventeen contracts signed for $54.58 million in total sales in one week alone, while the Manhattan market saw 26 contracts signed and an estimated $245 million made in total during the same week. Elegran agents were proud to be a part of this banner month for the market and closed several multimillion-dollar deals in February.

February Deals Closed For: $2,475,000

214 West 17th Street is the quintessential Chelsea loft building just steps from the shops, restaurants, and art galleries that have made this neighborhood one of the most coveted places to live in Manhattan. Last month, agents David Ghoneim and Vincent Pergola sold a beautiful home in this classic building featuring an enormous living and dining area, an open kitchen with Gaggenau appliances, a wood-burning fireplace, and ample closet space.

February Deals Closed For: $2,200,000

David Ghoneim and Vincent Pergola closed another multimillion-dollar deal this past February in 530 East 76th St, a premier Lenox Hill building that boasts a 24-hour doorman, fitness center with massage rooms and meditation classes, a heated rooftop swimming pool, solarium, oval roof running track, children's playroom, valet services, and more. This glassy tower is in the perfect Upper East Side location, close to places like Sothebys Auction House, the Carlyle Restaurant, and other high-end attractions that have given this area its sparkling reputation as the prime NYC luxury neighborhood.

February Deals Closed For: $1,925,000

121 East 22nd Street is a gorgeous luxury building located where the Gramercy Park and Flatiron neighborhoods meet. February Deals Closed For: $25,000/month 

200 East 79th Street is the ultimate Upper East Side oasis. While the UES may be the classic NYC luxury residential neighborhood, this beautiful building is home to condos with modern finishes and offers residents top-of-the-line contemporary amenities including a sprawling fitness center with a yoga/pilates studio, the Terrace Room lounge/library, a 24-hour doorman, live-in resident manager, concierge, and porter. Last month, agent Peter Oliveri closed a $25,000 a month deal on apartment 16A in this lavish building which features soaring ceilings, marquetry paneled, solid oak floors, a curated chef's kitchen, a master bedroom with walk-in closets and a spa-like master bath, and a 686 SF wraparound private terrace.

Joann De Araujo's $1,425,000 closing at 11 Convent Lane, Center Moriches. 

Teresa Alessandro's $1,400,000 deal at 75 Henry Street
