NYC’s real estate market has recently been seeing lower high-end sales, meaning that more luxury homes are lingering on the market. Buyers are currently in a great position to buy a home in the city, as these market conditions tend to indicate that they have more negotiating power and can find better deals. Although the luxury market has been moving at a slower pace, Elegran agents were still able to close numerous multi-million dollar deals on luxury homes throughout NYC last month. Here are some of the top deals closed in August:

Building: 23 Perry Street
