Now is an amazing time to buy a home in NYC. Home prices have been plummeting throughout the city, particularly in Manhattan and Brooklyn, due to lower demand and sales volume. Because of this, homebuyers are able to find better deals on apartments and have more negotiating power. Although the market has seen slower sales, Elegran agents were still able to close several multimillion-dollar deals over the past month. Here are some of the top deals they closed in September.

Building: 360 East 72nd Street
