Now is an amazing time to buy a home in NYC. Home prices have been plummeting throughout the city, particularly in Manhattan and Brooklyn, due to lower demand and sales volume. Because of this, homebuyers are able to find better deals on apartments and have more negotiating power. Although the market has seen slower sales, Elegran agents were still able to close several multimillion-dollar deals over the past month. Here are some of the top deals they closed in September.

Building: 360 East 72nd Street

Agent: Elijah Brown

September Deals Closed For: $4,725,000

An amenity-filled luxury building in a great location, 360 72nd Street is one of the most sought-after residences in Lenox Hill. Last month, Elegran agent Elijah Brown sold a home in this spectacular co-op. The building has 450 homes divided into three different wings, and each wing is complete with its own passenger elevator, service elevator, and mailroom area. Amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center, lovely roof deck offering panoramic city views, newly renovated lobby, courtyard garden, laundry room, lobby-level garage, bike room, storage room, full-time doorman, and concierge service.

360 is located conveniently close to the shopping and fine dining options available on the Upper East Side. There are plenty of transportation options nearby as well, including the F, Q, and 6 subways. Residents here can experience luxury living in the heart of NYC!

Building: 38 Crosby Street

September Deals Closed For: $4,000,000

38 Crosby Street is a high-end building built in the turn of the century with thoughtfully designed homes. Last month, Elegran agent Ignacio Cesped closed a multimillion-dollar deal on a two-bedroom loft in this SoHo tower. This home has been completely gut renovated, and boasts beautiful architectural details. Oversized windows have eastern and southern exposure, and flood the rooms with light. With moveable walls and pocket doors, this apartment has a flexible layout and can easily be converted to have either a second bedroom or office.

This elegant building has a beautifully landscaped roof deck offering fantastic city views. Situated in a prime SoHo location, residents here are located right near a number of restuarants, shops, entertainment, and cafes, and have easy access to transportation including the J, Z, N, Q, R, and 1 subways.

Building: 118 Riverside Drive

September Deals Closed For: $3,250,000

Located directly across from Riverside Park is 118 Riverside Drive, a full-service white-glove building on the Upper West Side.
