The current state of Manhattan’s residential market is giving potential homebuyers the advantage. With low sales volume, falling home prices, and higher inventory, buyers have more options and negotiating power on homes throughout the city. And developers are offering more concessions to appeal to buyers, meaning that buyers can find better deals than ever. Even with dropping sales throughout the city, Elegran agents were able to close on numerous beautiful luxury listings last month. These are some of the top deals they closed in October.

Building: 1 Great Jones Alley
