1. As a buyer, why should I work with Elegran?

Purchasing real estate is likely to be the biggest and most complex financial transaction a person will make in their life. First and foremost, we listen in order to align with our individual clientele’s goals.

It should be noted that a buyer who relies on the seller or a listing agent to handle both sides of a deal does not have representation or an unconflicted advocate.

2. What does a buyer’s agent do?

A buyer's agent is a licensed real estate professional agent who represents and advocates for the buyer in their transaction. We are skilled advisors with authority to act on your behalf as the buyer in negotiating and ultimately acquiring real estate.

Legally, as your buyer’s agent there exists a singular fiduciary duty to you, the buyer, with the intention of protecting your interests during all stages of the purchasing process.

3. Who pays the buyer’s agent fee?

There is generally no out-of-pocket cost to have a buyer’s agent. The seller pays the commission upon the sale of their home which typically covers both the seller and buyer’s agent. This commission is contractually set prior to the property being listed on the market. Utilizing a buyer’s agent may save you tens of thousands of dollars when buying a home, not to mention your most valuable asset -- Time.
