Norfolk
Made up of 28 communities on the Eastern Massachusetts shores, just south and west of Boston, Norfolk County was incorporated in 1793 and boasts that signature mixture of old New England charm and modern communities that have come to represent the region.
Know as the County of Presidents, it’s the birthplace of four different U.S. Presidents, which means the odds are pretty good if you decide to raise your children here. The city of Quincy and the town of Brookline are the biggest communities in the county, each offering their own bustling downtowns full of restaurants, shops, and attractions. Almost every major highway in the region runs through Norfolk County, making it an ideal spot for commuters and those who want to make the most of their New England locations.
