Stevenson’s real estate expertise spans over a decade in the luxury property market in the
Philippines catering to an international clientele. From there he transitioned to the vibrant New York City market where he specializes in rentals and sales in Manhattan. Stevenson has traveled the world offering property investments across international markets covering Asia, Europe and North America. He enjoys finding ways to make things possible for clients, helping them achieve their goals while providing excellent customer service.

Always believing in the rewards of hard work, Stevenson is extremely customer-focused and

A Physical Therapist by profession which he is also practicing, Stevenson jumped into the real
estate business after graduating with a BS degree in Physical Therapy. He enjoys the dynamics of this ever-changing business, as he does the fulfillment of helping clients satisfy their housing and investment goals. His zest for real estate was driven by his real-world experience, continuing successes and life-changing perspectives. Stevenson is keen on maximizing potential, contributing to and serving the industry’s pro-growth spectrum and landscape. Rentals and sales in Manhattan are his primary focus, though he capably serves clients seeking and selling in all locations. 

Since moving to New York from the Philippines more than a decade ago, he has lived in diverse areas including Sunnyside, Chelsea and the Upper West Side.

Stevenson speaks fluent Tagalog and English, volunteers in his local community, networks heavily and serves as president of a leadership organization.
