He has substantial experience with buyers, renters, sellers in New York City and is a fierce advocate for his clients. In addition to his work as an agent, Devin is a certified real estate instructor and has trained over 400 salespeople in New York City since 2016. Devin has been a significant part of the New York City Real Estate industry for the past decade. Before joining Elegran, Devin was a core member of multiple residential real estate and proptech startups in New York City and was involved in two successful exits. His experience ranges from managing a team of 85 salespeople overseeing several thousand transactions per year to developing a SaaS platform to directly empower consumers to better navigate the challenging and competitive rental market. 

Devin leverages his entrepreneurial experience in problem solving with clients to systematically identify and evaluate strategic approaches to real estate opportunities. He has a client centric, hands-on methodology with an emphasis on attention to detail.

Devin graduated from New York University in 2015. His degree in economics has been a substantial asset for clients who prefer a data driven, evidence based approach to navigating the market and transaction process.
