Edward Poplawski has worked in real estate for over 20 years, and possesses invaluable knowledge and experience in helping clients buy and sell homes. Having generated over $200 million in residential sales, he has been very successful in the industry, and is currently expanding his focus to include commercial sales and leasing in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens.
Prior to his career at Elegran, Edward worked in the film production business specializing in commercials and music videos, and also helped to start a music production company. After leaving the music industry to change career paths, he was invited by a friend to try his hand at real estate sales in Manhattan. Edward worked at Douglas Elliman for many years before ultimately coming to Elegran. Along with working here, he is also licensed as a sales agent in the shore town of Rumson, New Jersey, home to many Wall Streeters and located right near the iconic Asbury Park.
Edward believes that listening is the most important approach when working to find prospective buyers or renters the right home. By taking note of what clients are looking for, being interested in their lives, and asking them what they would most like in a home, Edward is able to form great personal relationships with those he is working with. After communicating and getting a sense of buyers’ personal preferences, he then searches hard for the best fit, continues to listen and communicate, and alters his approach as necessary until he finds the perfect home for them. Edward has an unrivaled passion for real estate and exceeds expectations with his tenacity, courtesy, empathy, intelligence, loyalty, and desire to make clients satisfied.
Edward was born and raised in the area of Summit, New Jersey, and received his undergraduate degree from Ithaca College. He currently has a home in Red Bank, New Jersey with his two English Cocker Spaniels, and also keeps an apartment in Tribeca, New York. In his free time, he enjoys photography, motorcycling, playing guitar, and working on his vintage cars.
