7 Harrison Street is located in Tribeca. This is a new condominium conversion that hosts 12 new units, and stands seven stories tall. Before becoming a luxury space, this building was home to a dry goods and cold storage warehouse, built in 1893. This masonry building will have 10 three and four bedroom half floor homes.
