The rapper Nas can be your neighbor in this NYC building where an apartment now asks $3.34M
A condo in architect Enrique Norten’s One York Street in Manhattan is on the market for $3.34 million, we hear, and that price includes the perk of being in some rather famous company. That said, neighbors include Nas, the rapper turned tech investor who is renting in the Tribeca building, as Gimme Shelter reported in May. Past and present residents of the building also include Colin Kaepernick, hockey star Derick Brassard and author Emily Stone. Meanwhile, Richard Handler, the CEO of Jefferies Group, owns the top three floors. (Handler has been its CEO since 2001, making him the longest-serving CEO on Wall Street.)
