1. What sparked the idea for 'Love and Heartbreak: Real Estate Unfiltered'?

“I've always been someone who values transparency and openness. While collaborating and conversing with my peers, I noticed that we were sitting on a wealth of wisdom and insights from the NYC real estate scene. I thought, why not share this goldmine of information in a way that’s both informative and fun?”

2. How did 'Love and Heartbreak' evolve from its initial concept?

"Early on, the plan was for it to be a standard advisory podcast – the serious, straight-laced kind. But as we got into it, especially after brainstorming with my colleagues, we saw the potential for something more vibrant. We decided that an unfiltered approach would deliver stories that not only inform but also entertain."

3. What makes the ‘unfiltered’ storytelling approach so effective?

Throughout my career, I've adhered to three guiding principles: have fun, constantly improve, and help others. These principles are at the heart of our 'unfiltered' storytelling approach. When you blend valuable insights with a dash of humor and real, relatable stories, it resonates with people. It's a way to learn while having a good laugh."

4. Can you share how 'Love and Heartbreak' is impacting its listeners and the industry?

“The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive! We're bringing a fresh perspective to real estate conversations. By focusing on the human element – the joys, the challenges – we're making the industry more approachable and relatable. It's rewarding to hear how we're making a difference, be it for a seasoned professional or someone just dipping their toes into real estate."

5. What's next for the podcast? Any exciting plans?

"I'm eager to continue receiving feedback from our listeners and to adapt our content based on what they enjoy. We are certainly planning on a second season and you can expect a mix of new stories, diverse perspectives, and perhaps some surprise guests. Our episodes might evolve in content and character, but our core philosophy of 'laugh and learn' will stay constant. The real thrill comes from this journey of continuous adaptation and discovery that keeps things fresh and engaging."
